MENTAL HEALTH/BEHAVIORAL CONSULTATION SERVICES

Have concerns about your child’s mental health or behavior and are uncertain about the need for counseling services?

Evolve Therapy recommends scheduling a 15-30 minute phone consultation prior to any services being rendered, to assist in determining whether services are needed, what services may be beneficial and whether I am able to meet your needs. There is no fee for consultation services.

Should counseling services be recommended, an intake appointment will be scheduled. However, in the event that I am unable to meet your needs, support will be offered by means of linkage to other providers in the area that may potentially be a better fit. 

Mental Health/Behavioral Phone consultation appointments are available and can be set upon contacting the office. Efforts will be made to schedule consultations at a convenient time for your family.

I am not paneled with insurance providers and am considered an out of network provider. I am able to provide a Super-bill for out of network reimbursement for your convenience.
